What we hold
Your name, email, parish, listings, messages and completed deals. Draps does not process payments, so we never see or store card or bank details.

Why we hold it
To run your account, show your listings to other islanders, arrange collection or delivery, resolve disputes and keep the marketplace free of counterfeits.

Who can see it
Buyers and sellers see your display name, parish and rating. Your full address is never published — it is shared only with a counterparty once a delivery is agreed.

Where it lives
Data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area and processed under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.

How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account is open, and order records for six years afterwards to meet tax and dispute obligations.

Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Write to privacy@draps.je and we will respond within thirty days.

Marketing
Drop notifications are opt-in and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. We never sell or rent your details to third parties.
